About Me

I was born on 20 September 2005 in the culturally rich state of Punjab, however, I identify myself as a Maratha, with my heart deeply rooted in Maharashtra, my beloved home state. My journey through life has been one of constant movement and adaptation, shaped by the diverse locales I have called home. As the child of an army officer, I have learned to embrace change and thrive in new environments. My father, a dedicated serviceman, has instilled in me the values of discipline and resilience, while my mother, a loving homemaker, has been the steady anchor of our family. My younger brother, two years my junior, is an intellectual and smart boy, with a curious mind and a knack for learning that often leaves me both impressed and inspired. We have journeyed together, building memories and overcoming challenges.

My educational journey began in Kolkata, where I spent my early years attending LKG and UKG. The vibrant streets and cultural richness of Kolkata left a lasting impression on me, and I remember the days filled with joyful learning and new friendships. However, as is often the case in army life, we soon packed our bags and moved to Hissar, Haryana. Here, I attended classes from 1st to halfway through 3rd grade. The transition was exciting and challenging, as I learned to adjust to a new school environment and make friends in an unfamiliar place.

After Hissar, my father’s posting took us to the vibrant city of Hyderabad, where I truly discovered my passion for learning and technology, setting the foundation for my future ambitions. After two years in Hyderabad, my father received orders for Kargil, a posting that was too remote and rugged for us to accompany him. My mother, brother, and I stayed behind in Hyderabad, a decision that marked a pivotal moment in my life. The absence of my father was a significant change, but it was during this time that I learned the importance of resilience and self-reliance. The city quickly became a second home, and I cherished every moment I spent there. From 3rd to 8th grade, I immersed myself in academics, made incredible friends, and explored the city’s rich culture and history. I remember fondly the spirited discussions with my friends and the late-night study sessions that taught me the value of perseverance and hard work.

After spending five transformative years in Hyderabad, the winds of change swept through our lives once more as my father was posted to Jalandhar, Punjab. Arriving in Jalandhar in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic meant a drastic shift to online learning, and most of my time was spent within the confines of our home. This period was a test of resilience, as I navigated the challenges of virtual classes and maintained my academic performance. Despite the constraints, I managed to excel, achieving an impressive 96.8% in my class 10 board exams during the 2021-2022 academic year. This unexpected success not only earned me a ₹10,000 scholarship but also marked the beginning of my journey as a topper. The recognition and support I received following this achievement boosted my confidence, inspiring me to aim even higher.

In another turn of events, my father’s career brought us to Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, while he was posted in Rajasthan. We could not go with him due to the unavailability of quarters in Rajasthan, but returning to Maharashtra, my home state, was a significant moment for me. Ahmednagar became a place of personal growth and camaraderie, as I formed deep bonds with some of my classmates. Here, I completed my 11th and 12th grades, achieving a remarkable 96.2% in my class 12 board exams. The journey through school was filled with memorable experiences, from intense study sessions to carefree moments with friends. The support and encouragement from my peers and teachers played a crucial role in my academic achievements, reinforcing my belief in the power of community and collaboration.

After class 10, I undertook the daunting task of preparing for the JEE and MHT CET exams, fuelled by determination and ambition. The rigorous preparation process taught me valuable lessons in time management and focus. Although I achieved a respectable 93.2 percentile in the JEE exam, I narrowly missed qualifying for the Advanced exam. However, my performance in the MHT CET was outstanding, with a score of 99.76 percentile. These results were a testament to my hard work and dedication, and while I knew I could always aim higher, I felt a sense of satisfaction and pride in what I had accomplished.

With my eyes set on a future in technology, I eagerly accepted admission to the prestigious COEP College to pursue a B. Tech in Computer Science. This marked the beginning of my professional journey, one filled with possibilities and opportunities for growth. Reflecting on my journey so far, I am grateful for the diverse experiences and challenges that have shaped me into the person I am today. Each city, each school, and each friend has played a crucial role in my development, adding a new dimension to my understanding of life. As I continue on this path, I am excited to embrace new challenges, build on my experiences, and make a positive impact in the world.
